We are currently hiring part-time recreational staff for our 2019 summer programs to conduct recreation activities such as arts and crafts, sports, special events and day camp.
Recreation Camp Leaders (18) $10.50 per hour
Mature individuals needed for the supervision of youth ages 6 – 15. Must be prompt and reliable, and provide for safety, order and must maintain discipline at all times. Duties include implementation and coordination of athletic and artistic activities; chaperoning field trips and special events. Work 30 - 35 hours per week beginning June 24, 2019-August 2, 2019, 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age with some experience in supervising youth. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Special Needs Recreation Leaders (4) $10.75 per hour
Mature individuals needed to supervise and assist developmentally and physically delayed youth and young adult participants of recreation summer programs. Must be prompt and responsible. Duties include implementation and coordination of athletic and artistic activities; chaperoning field trips and special events; and assisting participants as needed. Provide for safety, order, and must maintain discipline at all times. Work 30 - 35 hours per week beginning June 24-August 2, 2019, 9 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Experience working with special needs population preferred.
